2. Enquiries from this website
The website does not store the details entered in the enquiry form. When you submit it, WhatsApp opens with a prepared message for you to review and send. You can also contact the school directly by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
3. Information you choose to send
A message may include your name, contact details, English level, schedule preference, course interest and any other information you choose to provide. It is used to respond to your enquiry, recommend a suitable option and, if you proceed, communicate about your course or lessons.
4. Service providers
WhatsApp, your email provider and the school’s communication providers may process messages according to their own terms and privacy policies. Personal information is not sold. It may be shared only when reasonably necessary to provide the requested service or meet a legal obligation.
5. Analytics, cookies and retention
This website does not currently use first-party advertising or analytics cookies. Enquiry and course communications are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide the service and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
